Returns & Cancellations Policy-Deshi Coast

Returns and Exchange

All return or exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
All exchanges are subject to size/stock availability and DeshiCoast’s confirmation.
A product exchanged once will be considered customised and not eligible for further exchange.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Designer packaging, authenticity cards, and dust bags must be included with returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.
  • Store credit will be processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • No refunds on discounted orders, orders using loyalty points, or promotional vouchers.
  • Orders with more than 5 products are considered bulk orders and are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
Orders already processed cannot be cancelled.
A 5% cancellation charge will be applied on the order value.
Approved refunds processed within 5–7 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

1Custom Tailored / Made-to-Measure garments — strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Accessories including jewellery, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts.
Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Footwear with scratched soles.
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
